A Yoga Seed offers restorative yoga and slow flow for all levels.
Classes begin with restorative postures to support and centre the physical body, before expanding into gentle movement, paired with breath practice. These movement sequences are taught to be experienced from a place of joy and exploration, rather than external aesthetic or competitive spirit. Classes typically conclude with a guided relaxation practice such as savasana or yoga nidra.
